About this site
Monkeyflash.com is a collection of web development tutorials created by Greg Lunn, a web developer and instructor in Columbia, SC. It was originally intended to be just a portfolio site, but has grown into a tutorial site on Flash, CSS and several other web topics. I hope that you’ll find a little bit of useful knowledge and maybe a little inspiration while you’re here.

What’s with the monkey?
Sometimes, my thoughts can be a little random. I like to imagine that there’s a little monkey inside my head who keeps watch over all of my ideas, which are stored in one big, disorganized file cabinet. Every once in a while something upsets the monkey, and he goes crazy, knocking over the file cabinet and throwing ideas everywhere. Whichever one he picks up first is the one I have to work with.
The monkey enjoys his peace and quiet, so please don’t frighten him. The place is a big enough mess already.
Got an idea for a tutorial?
The collection of tutorials here is beginning to grow, but I need your help! What would you like to learn? Is there a topic that doesn’t seem to be covered adequately somewhere else? Are you stuck with a problem on your current project? Let me know! If your idea is one that might benefit others, I’ll see what I can do!
